Therapy and mentoring provide the opportunity for individuals to increase their self-awareness and learn new ways of approaching life.  Whether in one-on-one 50-minute sessions or in 90-minute group sessions with 5-15 other people, you will be encouraged to identify blocks in your current life and challenge them within the safety container provided by the Lotus Garden staff and facilities.  

Lotus Garden specializes in the following areas:  drug and alcohol abuse, codependency issues, couples work, the grief process, inner child work, family work, play therapy, and mentoring through life challenges.  With the unique Lotus Garden blend of experiential techniques, mythology, Native American principles, and the 12-step process, clients have every opportunity to access their blocks and challenge their existence.
